Once registrations have been processed an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the participants
confirming their registration. Invoices will be sent by regular mail.

Invoices should be paid in advance of the conference. Participants whose fee has not been received will be asked to provide a credit card number at the event as a guarantee.
Please use the invoice number when carrying out your bank transfer. Should the payment be done before receipt of the invoice, please clearly mention the participant name and company.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Only cancellations received prior to 23 May will be refunded. Cancellations received after this date
will not be refunded.
Delegate substitutions may be made up to one week before the conference.
All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to the attention of Emily O’ Leary (eoleary@eurelectric.org).
Important Note on VAT
VAT on Spanish conferences is charged at 16% of the overall fee. It is obligatory for all participants from all countries to pay this.
