would like to express my thanks to the members EURELECTRIC, EPSU and EMCEF in
the European Social Dialogue Working Group on Demographic Change for their
valuable guidance, insights and feedback during the course of the preparation
of this Toolkit. Many people working in the electricity sector gave up their
time and expertise to contribute to the Toolkit; my thanks particularly go to
the companies that responded to the survey and to those that participated as
