Lars G. Josefsson is President and CEO of Vattenfall since August 2000. He has occupied a number of executive posts within the Ericsson group and was appointed President of Celsius AB in 1997. Mr. Josefsson is a member of the supervisory board of Eskom Holdings Ltd, Johannesburg, holder of several patents in the field of radar technology and was nominated honorary professor at the University of Cottbus, Germany in 2005.

Cllr Emer Costello is Lord Mayor of Dublin (2009/10). Emer has been a Councillor representing the North Inner City since 2003. She is a member of the City Council’s Planning, Economic Development and International Affairs Strategic Policy Committee and the Dublin Regional Authority. She is also a member of the Grangegorman Development Agency, Dublin Inner City Partnership, O’Devaney Gardens Regeneration Board and Dublin 7 Educate Together Primary School Board of Management.

Brian Cowen was appointed as Taoiseach on the 7th May 2008,
prior to that he was Tánaiste and re-appointed as Minister for
Finance on 14th June, 2007 having first been appointed Minister for
Finance in September 2004. He has served as Minister for Foreign
Affairs from January 2000 to September 2004; Minister for Health
and Children from June 1997 to January 2000; Minister for
Transport, Energy and Communications from January 1993 to December
1994; Minister for Labour from February 1992 to January 1993. He
was first elected to the Dail in a by-election in June 1984 caused
by the death of his father, Bernard Cowen. That was the first time
he had contested an election for public office.
Party front bench spokesperson on Agriculture, Food and Forestry
December 1994 to March 1997 and on Health from March 1997 to June
1997.
Jos DELBEKE

DG Climate Action,
European Commission
Mr Jos Delbeke Director-General of the newly set up European
Commission's DG Climate Action, Deputy Director-General of DG
Environment from 2008-2010. He was very involved in negotiations on
the package on climate change and energy in the EU Council and
Parliament. Mr Delbeke has also been a key player in developing
Europe's International Climate Change strategy, its legislation on
cars and fuels, the European Emissions Trading Scheme, and
legislation on air quality and emissions from big industrial
installations. He joined the European Commission in 1986 and was
very active on market-based instruments, on cost-benefit analysis,
and on the new chemicals legislation REACH. For several years he
was the European Commission's chief negotiator at the UNFCCC
Conference of the Parties.
Fulvio CONTI

CEO & General Manager of Enel S.p.A
Fulvio Conti is CEO and General Manager of
Enel SpA, the major Italian energy group since
May 2005. He joined Enel Spa in 1999 as CFO. Previous
positions covered: GM and CFO of Telecom Italia, GM
and CFO of the Italian national railway (1996-99), CFO
of Montecatini (1991-96) and subsequently in charge of
finance at Montedison-Compart, overseeing the financial
restructuring of the group.
Fulvio began his career in
1969 with the Mobil Oil Group, where he held a number
of executive positions in Italy and Europe. He sits on
the Boards of Directors of Barclays (since 2005), AON
(since 2007) and the National Academy of Santa Cecilia.
He is also Vice President of EURELECTRIC.

Mr. Wang Min was born in February, 1964 in Shandong Province, China. From July, 1982, Mr. Wang Min successively worked for Shandong Dezhou Electric Bureau, Shandong Electric Bureau, Shandong Electric Power Company, State Power Corporation and State Grid Corporation of China. Mr. Wang Min’s research areas mainly focused on modern corporate strategy management, corporate social responsibility and corporate public relations.
