We are delighted to take the opportunity of our 2004 Annual Conference to launch our new online registration for external events (registration by fax is still available).

Before registering online, it is recommended that you carefully read the registration information (click on "Registration Information" in the menu on the left) and the following recommendations:

1. Online Registration takes place is a secure environment using "SSL" encryption technology. Therefore when you click on the link below you will be redirected to a secure site.

2. EURELECTRIC Members (those having a regular access to our Member Net) will use their authentication information (username & password) while all other registrants will insert a valid e-mail address in order to be able to register.

3. There is no online payment procedure. Three payment methods are proposed, including credit card payment, but effective payment is always performed at a later stage. However, for hotel reservations (included in the online form), a valid credit card number is necessary to confirm your booking. So please make sure to fill in theses details.

4. Follow-up of registrations is guaranteed: registrations will be checked (accepted or rejected) and you will be informed at every stage of the process via e-mail notifications. So please make sure to have a valid e-mail address.

You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view the PDF forms. Download them, print them out and return them by fax at the number specified in each form.
