Important

Hotel Reservations are only guaranteed until 12 May 2006.

Please note that rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. A deposit of one night of the room rate is required to secure and confirm the reservation.

Your form will be forwarded to EBL Kompetanse who will further handle your reservation and confirm it to you directly. If the requested hotel is no longer available, EBL Kompetanse reserves the right to book available accommodation.

Hotel Deposit, Confirmation & Receipt

Hotel rooms can only be reserved and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment of one night of the room rate. On receipt of your deposit payment EBL Kompetanse will send you a hotel voucher indicating the hotel name, address and the amount of the received deposit payment. The hotel voucher is to be presented at check-in, and the balance payment between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel at check-out.
The hotel’s final invoice will be based on the number of nights you booked in advance.

The deposit is payable either by Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard, only - or by bank transfer to:

Don’t forget to mention the name of the participant when payment is made.

Hotel Changes & Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations should be made in writing and exclusively to EBL Kompetanse and not to the hotel.
