Before registering online, it is recommended that you carefully read
the registration information (click on "Registration Information" in the
menu on the left) and the following recommendations:
- Online Registration takes place in a secure environment using "SSL"
encryption technology. Therefore when clicking on the link here above you
will be redirected to a secure site.
- EURELECTRIC Members (those having a regular access to our Member Net)
will use their authentication information (username & password) while
all other registrants will insert a valid e-mail address in order to be
able to register.
- There is no online payment procedure. Two payment methods are proposed
(bank transfer or credit card), but effective payment is always performed
at a later stage. However, for hotel reservations (included in the
online form), a valid credit card number is necessary to confirm your
booking if you choose that option (so please make sure to fill in theses
details), but note that hotel deposits can also be paid using bank
transfer. For more details about Hotel Deposit requirements please
click on "Hotel Reservation" in the menu on the left-hand side.
- Follow-up of registrations is guaranteed: registrations will be checked
(accepted or rejected) and you will be informed at every stage of the
process via e-mail notifications. So please make sure to have a valid
e-mail address.
Registration by fax
It is proposed to you in three parts :
