• Accession and Candidate Countries* registration fee:
  850€ + 25% VAT= 1062,50€

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Delegate substitutions may be made up to one week before the conference. To make a substitution please contact Ms. Emily O’ Leary (eoleary@eurelectric.org) with the details of the replacement to be made. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations.

Important Note

The 25% VAT on the registration fee is a tax imposed by the Norwegian authorities. It is obligatory for all participants from all countries to pay this.
