Buffet lunches will be served both on Monday 14 (from 12h30-14h00) and on Tuesday 15 (from 13h00 - 14h00), in the Conference Centre.

Official Dinner the Château de Saint Trys - Monday 14 June (19h30):

Union Française de L’Electricité (UFE) invites delegates and accompanying persons to an official dinner at this traditional French Château to enjoy the culinary delights of the Lyon region.
Château de Saint Trys, Saint Trys, 69480 Anse.

There is no extra cost for participating in both cocktail & dinner. It is all included in the over-all conference fees.

SHUTTLE BUSES:

Shuttle buses are available from each of the listed hotels as follows:

Monday 14 June:

	To and from the Conference: 08h00 - from all other listed hotels to the Palais de Congrès 17h30 - from Palais de Congrès to all listed hotels
	To and from the Château de Saint-Trys: from all listed hotels and return, available for attending the official dinner (only)

Tuesday 15 June:

To and from the Conference: 08h00 - from all listed hotels to the Palais de Congrès 16h00 - from the Palais de Congrès to all listed hotels 16h00 - from the Palais de Congrès to the airport
