The Conference language is English. No interpretation is foreseen.

INTERNET CORNER

Computers with Internet connections will be available for use by the delegates.

PRESENTATIONS & HIGHLIGHTS

The presentations will be available as of 1 July on EURELECTRIC’s Internet site (www.eurelectric.org - <events> - <past events> - <Prague Conference>) and highlights of the debates will appear soon afterwards. Delegates will receive the Login and the Password during the Conference.

REGISTRATION DESK OPENING HOURS

The registration desk will be open:

  • Monday 14 June from 08h00 to 16h00

  • Tuesday 15 June from 07h30 to 13h00

You will receive the following items:
Final Programme, list of delegates, badge, invitation to the official dinner and other relevant documents.

ENHANCED NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

EURELECTRIC will facilitate opportunities for contacts between delegates. Registered delegates will receive information on this service along with a list of delegates before the Conference.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Medical assistance is available at the Conference Centre.
