ENRIQUE LOCUTURA

Mr. Locutura was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Gas Natural SDG, the leading Spanish gas company, in June 2003. He is a Mining Engineer from the University of Madrid and has a Master in Business Administration from IESE. Following a short period as lecturer at the university in 1972, he has spent his entire professional career in the Spanish hydrocarbons sector working for some of the companies that integrated the Repsol Group after 1988. His latest top responsibilities, from 1993 until he joined Gas Natural, were as CEO of Repsol Química, the chemical branch of Repsol YPF, CEO of the refining company Petronor, and Corporate Director of the Engineering Shared Services Company of Repsol YPF Group.
