Since the launch of the “15 Pledges to Customers” 18 months ago, electricity suppliers have stepped up their efforts to give consumers more choice, more control and a better user experience. In 2020, over 90 European electricity retailers pledged to empower 200 million residential customers with new services and solutions to make their experience more sustainable, affordable and transparent.

Eurelectric and Accenture set out to evaluate the impact of this commitment on a sample of 2,000 consumers across 10 European countries.

Join us to learn how to engage customers in actively taking part in the energy transition and how different actors in the new energy ecosystem can support them on this journey!
