ČEZ Distribuce has worked Czechia to make distribution lines and support structures safer for birds to rest or nest along the distribution corridors. Where it is not safe for birds to nest on particular structures, ČEZ Distribuce teams up with local avian experts to move the nests to safer areas without disturbing the birds or the contents of their nests. They have implemented similar projects with their companies located in Bulgaria and Romania.
