Mon Pilotage Elec is a service developed by Engie based on a smart thermostat that enables French customers to control their electric radiators room by room, hour by hour, and to participate in the energy transition through an integrated demand response* service. The offer reconciles customer savings and comfort while optimizing energy efficiency.

E.ON Smart Control is a smart meter app (mME and iMSYS) enabling customers to better understand their energy consumption and pricing. The product delivers full transparency about overall consumption but also at the device level (e.g. What has my fridge consumed today?). For E.ON the product leads to positive customer engagement, for example by preventing cases of bill shock, subject to prior customer consent.

Special electricity/gas supply product for disadvantaged customers. Preferential treatment in customer centres and call centres. A contract with reduced monthly fixed charges.

infoEnergía is the first energy information and advice service for Endesa customers. A pioneering and innovative service aimed at residential customers with a contracted power of less than 15 kW.
